How long will my order take to make?

Most products are made to order. Please allow 5-10 working days for me to create your piece for you. Some pieces like gold rings take longer to make, so please refer to individual product descriptions for more information. Please note that during the Christmas period processing times may be longer. Postage times vary depending on your country. Please refer to the shipping policies link at the bottom of the page for more information.

How is my jewellery made?

All jewellery is handmade in my workshop, and my pieces are cast in recycled silver and gold. I source gemstones from reputable suppliers in the UK and overseas. My jewellery is made by hand by carving jeweller’s wax and casting into precious metals. Each piece is finished, set, and polished by hand.

Sizing details

When buying rings, please select your rings size from the drop down menu before adding to your cart. If you are unsure of your ring size, please check before buying. Most jewellery shops will be able to measure and tell you your ring size for free. If you are a UK customer I can send a ring sizer to you free of charge; please send me a message if you require one. Due to their delicate nature, or the delicate nature of some gemstones, it is not always possible to resize rings, so please make sure to check the ring size properly before purchasing.

Do you take commissions?

Yes. I make one-of-a-kind pieces on request. I design and make your pieces based on your ideas and inspiration, and source gemstones of your choice. Commissions are nature-inspired and are made in gold (no silver commissions at present). I start the process with drawings and the piece is carved and cast in the gold of your choice. The commission process takes 8-10 weeks. Please contact me for more information.

Care instructions

Our jewellery is handmade with quality materials, and with the best possible care should last a lifetime. Here are a few tips to help look after your jewellery. Jewellery should always be taken off when you go to bed. Do not wear your jewellery when cleaning or engaging in physical activity. Perfumes, lotions and hair products can react with jewellery and cause it to tarnish; for this reason cosmetic products should be applied before putting your jewellery on. Water can damage your jewellery, so please take your jewellery off before showering or swimming. Store your jewellery in your gift box, or wrap it in acid-free tissue paper, and store away from sunlight and humidity.

Jewellery Warranty

Your jewellery has a warranty of 12 months under normal conditions of wear and tear. In the unlikely occasion your jewellery requires a repair during this time, please provide your proof of purchase or order number, and contact me at info@ericajewellery.com.

What’s your returns policy?
